Klinion Kliniderm Foam Border Dressing 12.5cm x 12.5cm is a sterile, absorbent wound dressing designed to help manage wound exudate while maintaining a moist wound healing environment.

The soft, flexible polyurethane foam absorbs wound fluid, while the waterproof, moisture-permeable film backing provides a protective bacterial barrier and allows moisture vapour to escape.

An integrated adhesive border helps secure the dressing in place without requiring additional fixation in routine applications.

Suitable for moderate to heavily exuding wounds, including pressure ulcers, leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, abrasions, lacerations and postoperative wounds.

The dressing is latex-free, suitable for use beneath compression bandaging and may remain in place for up to seven days, depending on clinical assessment and wound condition.
