A transparent silicone layer to cover wounds and keep them free from contamination.

Cuticell avoids painful contact between the dressing and the wound, so that you can change your dressings without pain, whilst ensuring that the wound is effectively maintained and treated.

Once the Leukoplast cuticell has been applied it can be left on for up to 14 days depending on the status of the wound. The gaps in the cuticell allow wound fluid to pass through meaning it remains breathable. Alternatively the secondary dressing can still be changed as normal, without the wound getting irritated.
